Specialties: Large real estate projects management, including land acquisition, site conception and design, and administrative permission processes.
Since February 2011, appointed as Executive Director of Immochan Hungary, which core business is the development, letting, and asset management of shopping malls and retail parks.

- Letting: units inside the shopping mall and on the retail park
- Operation: Asset management, utility management, marketing event and communication.
In house management of 11 solely owned sites in Hungary (Budapest, outskirts and province) and approximately 400 tenants.

2006 - 2011Mission: Developing our Hypermarket implementations in Hungary by means of ‘in house’ sourcing land acquisition. Developing in priority in province cities. Involved in setting up of the deal structure, financial calculations, and negotiations.
Management: Team of 5 people (master planning engineers, survey manager, project manager, assistant)
Achievements: Signings of 5 new sites totalling 1,9 Million sqm.
2003 - 2006Mission: Implementing our stores and our banner in China by means of lease agreements of premises. Setting up of the development strategy in Beijing, as well as tools, organisation, recruitment, team, and training. I did potential surveys, location analysis, market surveys, competition analysis, contract negotiations. As a pioneer, once again (see previous experience in Turkey), I started this development from 0.
Management: complete team of 7 people from which one was a lawyer.
Achievements: Openings of 10 stores within 14 months in Beijing.
2002 - 2003Mission: Developing our retail store network in a region of France by means of store enlargements, land acquisitions, and purchase or enrolment of new franchisees. I was one of a team of 4. Practiced a lot of administrative and political relationships.
Management: One assistant.
Achievements: 1 new store, 1 new franchisee, several enlargements, involving land acquisitions and political / administrative relationships.
1999 - 2002Mission: Implementing our stores and our banner in Turkey by means of freehold, leasehold and purchase of retail chains. Country wide prospection. I did statistical / economics / potential surveys and location analysis, market surveys, competition analysis, contract negotiations. As a pioneer, I started this development from 0. Now it has more than 100 stores, country wide.
Management: Recruitment and training of a local manager.
Achievements: More than 100 site analysis, 5 cities analysed, 3 openings in Istanbul in 2000 an 2001.
1996 - 1999Mission: Implementing our stores and our banner in a subsidiary of Carrefour in the south of France, and developing by means of land acquisition, and purchase of franchisees. I was one of a team of 4, in this newly created subsidiary.
Management: One assistant.
Achievements: Opened 3 stores (1 creation – 2 purchases).
