    Summary

    I have started my professional life working as a first level IT Helpdesk Agent with French & English, gaining a wide range of experience from understanding various accents to documentation and solving technical issues. I was also part of the preparation for go live, experienced major system upgrades, and therefore my focus shifted to quality and education. In my current position, as the contact person for clients, I handle issues from organizing and logistics to invoicing contracts, and I also serve as the key user.
